Not on the list? Fidaura reads alert structure rather than only sender names, so other banks often work too, and anything unclear goes to the review queue. More banks are added via updates.

UPI apps and wallets

Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Amazon Pay. Alerts from these apps are recognised and labelled, so UPI spends show where they came from.

Bank statements

For accounts that do not send SMS alerts, import a CSV, Excel or PDF statement and check what was captured against your bank, line by line.

  • Recognised layouts: HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank.
  • CSV and Excel from other banks are matched by their column headings.
  • PDF must contain selectable text and match one of the layouts above. Scanned or photographed statements are not read. A password-protected PDF asks for its password on your phone.

Supported banks questions

My bank is not listed. Will Fidaura still work?

Often yes. Fidaura reads transaction alerts by their structure, not only by sender name, so many banks work without being listed. Anything it cannot read confidently goes to the review queue instead of being guessed. More banks are recognised through updates.

What does a tick mean in the table?

A tick means it is verified with real SMS formats: Fidaura’s own test set includes that kind of alert from that issuer. A dot means not verified yet, and it may still work: the alert is read by the general parser, or queued for review. Missing your bank? Email admin@innocorelabs.com.

Do I need to link my bank account?

No. Fidaura never logs in to your bank. It reads the alerts your bank already sends to your phone, and you can import statements for accounts without SMS alerts.
