Your sheet shows what left your account
Most split apps blur what you spent with what you owe. Fidaura keeps them apart, so your own numbers stay true.
- A bill you paid counts at the full amount you paid, not a reduced share.
- Someone else’s bill is ₹0 on your sheet. You only owe your share.
- What friends owe you lives in a private “owed to you” ledger, with names only you can see.
- Money comes back as real bank credits. Nothing is made up.
Splits are worked out in whole paise, never fractions, so shares always add up exactly: ₹4,500 across four friends is ₹1,125 each.
End-to-end encrypted, and the server cannot read it
Collection entries are encrypted on your phone before they leave it. Our server relays only encrypted data it cannot read, and deletes it when the collection closes. The key travels only inside the invite link you share, in the part of the link that never reaches our server.
Fidaura never holds or moves money. Settle-ups are a handoff to your own UPI app: no payment gateway, no wallet, no balance with us.

Does Fidaura hold or move money?
Never. A settle-up opens your own UPI app with a ready request, and the money moves there. Fidaura has no payment gateway and no wallet.
What can Fidaura’s server see in a collection?
Only encrypted data that it cannot read. The key travels in the invite link you share, in the part of the link that never reaches our server.
What happens to the data when a collection closes?
Our server deletes the encrypted data when the collection closes. It also expires automatically on a timer.
Does a split bill change my own expense sheet?
Your sheet shows what actually left your account: a spend you paid counts at the full amount you paid. What friends owe you sits in a separate private “owed to you” ledger, and returns as real bank credits.
